Sunan Ibn Majah 4164
‘Umar ؓ said :
“I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: ‘If you were to rely upon Allah with the reliance He is due, you would be given provision like the birds: They go out hungry in the morning and come back with full bellies in the evening.”
Sunan Ibn Majah 2144 is a profound narration that reminds us of Allah’s complete control over our provision (Rizq) and lifespan.
Sunan Ibn Majah 2144
It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
"O people, fear Allah and be moderate in seeking a living, for no soul will die until it has received all its provision, even if it is slow in coming. So fear Allah and be moderate in seeking provision; take that which is permissible and leave that which is forbidden. "
(Classed as Sahih)
Tawakkul (trust in Allah) & Rizq : Surah At-Talaq Ayah 3
Have sole reliance on Allah to bring you Rizq from his bounty while taking the means.
65:3
And He will provide him from (sources) he never could imagine. And whosoever puts his trust in Allâh, then He will suffice him. Verily, Allâh will accomplish his purpose. Indeed Allâh has set a measure for all things.

In Surah Nuh, Allah emphasizes the importance of seeking forgiveness (Istighfar) as a means to attract blessings and provision (rizq). These verses serve as a reminder of Allah’s mercy and the abundance that comes from sincere repentance.
Surah Nuh Verses 10, 11 and 12
"I said (to them): ‘Ask forgiveness from your Lord, verily, He is Oft-Forgiving;
‘He will send rain to you in abundance,
‘And give you increase in wealth and children, and bestow on you gardens and bestow on you rivers.’"
