We are an emerging business consulting company providing services to industry-leading clientele in North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

We have a multidisciplinary service portfolio catering to 19 clients across 3 continents including market leaders in the Telecom, Healthcare, Insurance, Energy, Food, and Real Estate industries.

Location: Paragon City, Lahore

Employment Type: Full Time - Onsite

Shift Timings: Monday to Friday-2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a project management plan.
• Manage and monitor the project, staffing plans, budgets, and minutes of meetings.
• Plan and supervise project activities.
• Define and manage project scope.
• Resolve routine project issues during project execution.
• Manage project teams and resources.
• Perform regular project communication with the client and management and report project progress.
• Coordinate with Project Sponsor and project team.
• Understand the scope of the effort in terms of requirements, man-hours, or functionality points.
• With the help of the relevant leads, define project parameters, i.e., timelines, manpower requirements, risks, estimates, etc.
• Negotiate, establish, coordinate, and oversee the deliverables of the project.
• Act as the “client” for the local project team.
• Ability to study and analyze data and suggest strategic action items for business advantage.
• Develop team schedules and assist in successfully onboarding and training team members.
• Be ultimately responsible for the quality of service the team delivers.
• Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps.

Technical Background:

• 5+ years of experience in team & people management.
• Must have experience working on and managing projects for international clients.
• Experience managing large, complex projects in a highly aggressive result-oriented atmosphere.
• Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with staff, other teams, senior management, and customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree or related experience (Preferably in North America or Europe)
