Social Media Marketer - Remote

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and driving brand awareness across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, reach, and engagement.
• Manage social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and ensure consistent brand messaging and tone.
• Create, curate, and publish high-quality and engaging content across social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers and customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between social media efforts and overall marketing goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously optimize social media presence.
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) and provide regular reports to management.
• Implement social media advertising campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and generate user-generated content.
• Monitor industry trends, news, and discussions to identify relevant content and engagement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in social media activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
• Experience with social media advertising and content creation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 3 per week

Salary: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
