SALES COORDINATOR - KEY ACCOUNTS

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage and handle day to day primary ordering on SAP
Prepare distributor primary sales ordering on the basis of MTD target and distributor floor Ensure ordering as per Minimum Stock Level and monitor demand sales report
Handle distributor appointments/separations while maintaining complete distributor documentation and records at regional level.
Maintain documentation of all FSOS/SDS/ BDOS for the assigned region
Coordinate with respective distributors and sales team for payments
Ensure availability and movement of stock in an efficient & effective manner.
Prepare and share regional dashboard reports as per requirement
Ensure close coordination with HR department for hiring/separation of sales team.
Facilitate sales team of the assigned region along with maintaining strong and timely communication of all offers and policies.

QUALIFICATION

Graduate from an accredited university

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 1 - 2 years' of relevant experience in FMCG industry
