About the Role

You will manage all aspects of business development and collaborate effectively with sales operations team to support sales strategy by developing marketing strategies and initiatives to drive customer acquisition. In addition, you will also be involved in analyzing customer patterns, market behavior & trends, and subsequently defining data-driven fast-paced action strategies.

What will you do:

  • You will proactively identify customized offering for various market segment to expand the customer base.
  • Ideate the development and implementation of marketing strategy that will drive customer acquisition and engagement for the digital bank.
  • Analyze customer and/or campaign data to generate insights on past and future marketing campaigns in driving higher customer acquisition.
  • Lead a team that performs marketing & customer acquisition through various channels such as referral programs, outbound strategy, social media marketing and etc.
  • Lead and develop channel execution on driving customer acquisition, engagement through potential promotions and other marketing tools.
  • You will work closely with the operations team to enhance the usage and processes around CRM including integrations to marketing and other work flows while developing scalable & measurable processes throughout Lead to Order flow.
  • Collaborate with external partners (marketplace) and integrations to manage the end-to-end order to cash process.

Skills and experience you possess:

  • Strong analytical skills in market research, sales statistics and translating it to an execution strategy.
  • A minimum of 5 years of managerial related experience in customer analytics, digital marketing and customer acquisition.
  • Proven track record of marketing campaigns and growth of customer base.
  • Sound knowledge in customer segmentation, market insights and trends.
  • Well verse with B2B, B2C and channel management covering SME & Retail.
