1. Plan and review system application installation by vendors such as SAP HRIS, E-Procurement, Dashboard, Digital Signature, SAP-Integrations, DMS. 2. Investigate, rectify and resolve system failure and errors by conducting first level troubleshooting, problem verification and escalate to vendor if necessary. 3. Maintain and monitor system performance such as SAP HRIS, E-Procurement, Dashboard, Digital Signature, SAP-Integrations, DMS. 4. Monitor and track SAP user code license by reviewing and validating the number of users to ensure sufficient cost allocation and proper distribution of user code. 5. Plan, coordinate and execute the proposed system application and new installation by analyzing system structure and features. 6. Prepare and consolidate the overall budget for the section including system annual fee, new system proposal, license, software etc. 7. Plan and develop Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for system applications by referring to manual and standard practice, discussion with user and QA & QC department. 8. Plan and conduct business banking administration such as Maybank2E and CIMB biz channel using token. 9. Monitor and configure all backup system database for instance SAP HRIS, E-Procurement, Dashboard, Digital Signature, SAP-Integrations, DMS by auto daily backup and weekly manual backup. 10. Prepare, analyze and monitor organization system report such as system patch and server health-check.
