Job Description

• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016 & Windows 10/11
• Knowledge of Office 365 especially outlook
• Knowledge of working in Active Directory Environment
• Knowledge of Active Directory Certificate & IIS Server Services
• Knowledge of Endpoint Protection, EDR, XDR, MDR Tools
• Knowledge of Endpoint Encryption Tools
• Knowledge of Next Generation Firewalls
• Knowledge of Information Security, Patch Management, Vulnerability Tracking
• Knowledge of Backup, Disaster Recovery, Incident Response Protocols
• Knowledge of Dynamics AX Support
• Knowledge of VPN Connectivity
• Hands on experience of manageable switches, routers and APs
• Hands on experience of Hardware, Network (LAN, WAN, WLAN, FiberOptic Based) and IP Surveillance, IP PABX, Network Storage etc.
• Hands on experience of network diagnostics, monitoring and issue resolution
• Excellent experience of User Support and Help Desk Issues
• Excellent Business Communication, Email Communication and Report Writing
• Coordination between Client and Company
• Field Visit within Lahore

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
