Job Description

  • Basic Requirement

Fluent English communication

Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure

  • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

•

  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
  • Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords
  • Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
  • Troubleshooting and resolving all technical issues reported by end user and others when they arise.
  • Communicating effectively with IT support staff to ensure the setup process runs smoothly.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (OSI network layers, TCP/1P).
  • Administration, performance tuning, and system monitoring.
  • Data analysis
  • Data processing and generating reports
  • Use diagnostic tools to determine deficiencies
  • Suggest and oversee improvement processes
  • Stay up to date with latest technology and best practices

Attend webinars and conferences

  • Should be able to work in flexible hours on any assigned tasks.
  • Maintaining and upgrading IT networks, inventory and in house servers
  • Should have good experience of routing and switching
  • Providing tier 1 support to users based on the tickets assigned or on call.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
