Responsibilities: 1. To support, maintain and optimize infrastructure and systems operation. 2. Provide support services for networking to enable wider access and reduced downtime of computing facilities in schools. Provide professional IT support and services to admin staff and Teachers. 3. To implement IT projects and system enhancement, ensuring within scope, time, and cost. 4. To deploy, maintain, upgrade and support of School computer system (hardware, software, iOS, network, Café Pos System) 5. To manage, oversee and maintain company Print Server System, IT assets, CCTV, firewall system. 6. To perform ad-hoc jobs required by superior from time to time 7. Support and maintenance of the G Suite Google Workspace environment and Office 365. 8. Manage and administration of School Management Information System (iSAMS) 9. Perform other duties as and when required by the immediate superior and Principle.
