Job Description

Career advancement opportunity 5 working days Based in Bangsar Job Scope: Support cases will be logged forwarded to this Helpdesk Team for technical support. To stand-in for Customer Service role for taking in support requests via Email and Hotline, creating support tickets, during the absence of the Customer Service. To diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents involving desktop, which include operating systems (Windows and Mac) and across a range of software applications. To assist all our customers with any logged IT related incident. To take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service to the customer as soon as possible; escalating incidents where necessary. To accurately record, update and document case updates using the IT helpdesk system. To work within the SLA, policies and procedures. To escalate to Level 2 support for any advanced level technical issues. To assist in building knowledge base (KBs) based on the resolutions of support cases. To assist in assigned system monitoring scope To assist in generation of weekly, Monthly or Quarterly reports and submit to specific Customers at specific intervals. Requirements: • Diploma in Information Technology from recognized institutes. • Experience of working in an IT support role for about 1-2 years. • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, on the telephone and in writing. • Ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques. • Ability to plan and prioritize work load without supervision. • Ability to prioritize, manage and perform under pressure to meet SLA’s. • Excellent knowledge of Customer Service best practice. • Willing to work flexibly and with enthusiasm Please include the following in your Resume Document * (*.DOC/PDF - Files should not exceed 2MB) Name Contact No. Location/Address Expected Salary Here at The Supreme HR Advisory, we pride ourselves on being a vibrant recruitment firm with strong Southeast Asia standing.
