Position: Freelance Content Lead

Location: Indonesia

Type: WFH - (India Standard Time)

Assignment Duration: 6 Months

Position: Freelance (Upto 4 hours of work everyday)

As a Social Media Content Lead, your role will involve managing a team of social media content executives who will be responsible for creating content on various topics to be published in various women-centric communities.

Job responsibilities:

• Content Strategy: Develop a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the organization's goals, target audience, and brand identity. Identify key themes, messaging, and content types that resonate with the intended audience.
• Team Management: Oversee a team of content executives, providing guidance, feedback, and support. Set clear objectives and deadlines, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality content on time. The first phase will involve interview and hiring of the executives with the support of the Global team.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with content executives to ideate, create, and curate engaging and relevant content across different themes relevant to women. This includes written content in question and answer format, images and videos. You will be required to create content yourself as well on certain themes.
• Quality Control: Review and edit content to ensure it meets the organization's standards, including grammar, style, and brand guidelines. Provide constructive feedback to the content executives to improve their work.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices. Monitor industry news and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust the content strategy accordingly.
• Analytics and Reporting: Use data to track content performance, engagement metrics, and audience feedback. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports to share with the team and management.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, communications, design, and product teams, to align content efforts and ensure consistent messaging across channels.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential.
• 6-8 years experience in creating social media content
• Managing a team of junior social media executives
• Staying adaptable and having a passion for creativity and storytelling

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: Rp2,252,365 - Rp3,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Indonesia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
