We are looking for a motivated individual, well versed in relationshipbuilding and ideally with prior Customer Success experience, to join our growing team as a Customer Success Lead. In this role, you'll own customer relationships, help customers problem solve, and serve as the Customer's voice internally. Responsibilities: Building new relationships with our customers Consulting clients on the best type of driving lessons for them Helping clients resolve scheduling concerns Handling communication over the phone, text, email, and chat. Serve as the voice of the customer internally, making sure that they get what they need. Skills & Requirements: Proven work experience of 2 years as a Customer Success Person. Strong written communication skills in English Strong verbal communication skills in English Ability to work in high-growth environments and bring fresh opinions to the table Ability to take a task from start to finish and engage leaders as necessary A natural instinct to empathize with customers and understand their concern.
