Job Description

We are a tech startup specializing in web development looking for a digital marketer to join our team your responsibilities will be as follows :
Campaigns:

  • Create and execute email marketing initiatives to include segmentation, testing, and campaign analysis.

  • Stay current on email marketing/digital marketing trends and best practices and ensure marketing messages are conveyed clearly and customer-focused; persuasive calls-to-action, proper form and templates, editing and proofreading, message relevancy to audiences and segments, responsive design.

  • Assist in creating and managing ad campaigns

  • QA CRM list data such as de-duplicating, cross-referencing against other data sources and marketing automation workflows

  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal team members

  • Work with management to review campaign performance KPIs; provide feedback and recommend solutions for improvements.

 

Website:

  • Track SEO and Google Analytics data

  • Support the team in general as we release new website/app features and content.

  • Perform A/B, website usability, and website conversion rate testing

  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices including measurement, KPI’s, etc.

  • Optimize website for search engines (on-page SEO)

  • Create landing pages and optimize existing ones

 

Event:

  • Schedule online events, webinars, digital workshops (Zoom)

  • Coordinate creation of event material, communication to network and post-event communication.

  • Manage events in collaboration with presenters, post-event communication.

 

Social Media:

  • Manage Strategy Tools Social Media channels.

  • Create copy and visuals for social media with the help of our Design team

  • Coordinate schedule of content to promote upcoming events, courses, and community involvement to foster interaction, education, and engagement.

  • Publish content on blog, hub, social media channels and groups.

 

 

Required:

  • 2+ years' experience of working on digital marketing role or other relevant position

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Journalism, Communications or other relevant subjects

  • English competency is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills - demonstrated ability to write professional emails to clients and third parties

  • Proven experience leading digital marketing campaigns, including email campaigns.

  • Proven experience managing social media & community management.

  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills

  • Experience using Hubspot and other marketing automation tools.

  • Solid web copywriting skills and experience with Wordpress. Basic HTML/CSS experience is a plus

  • Experience with customer service in any industry

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and to identify when assistance is needed and seek help from appropriate parties

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

  • Experience with Google Analytics
