Job Description

Barakah Jobs is looking for customer service representatives to join our innovative team. These roles will commence in April of 2022.

Your responsibilities will include responding to customer emails both candidates and employers alike, forwarding the relevant emails to our developer team and Management, Monitoring the site, and responding to social media comments and messages. Responding to phone calls on our helpline. This is a permanent role that could lead to a senior position for the right candidate and will be remote for now although it could shift to an on-site or the combination of remote and on-site work in the coming months. Salary will depend on experience and ability.

Candidate requirements:

Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Proven track record in excellent customer service.
Multilingual - Full working proficiency (Native or bilingual) in both English and Urdu. Arabic proficiency is a plus all though not a requirement.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Strong work ethic.
Reliable and polite as you will be representing our brand to customers and partners alike.
Fast typing skills
Ability to multi-task.
1 year of experience in a similar role. (For the right candidate this can be overlooked)
Minimum of High school / Secondary school/ A level Graduation. Although candidates with further education, experience, or certifications will be given priority.
